Repairs
Lizzie Fortunato will repair items purchased through lizziefortunato.com at no charge for up to 2 years following purchase (under reasonable circumstances). For purchases older than 2 years, repairs will be subject to a fee assessed on a case-by-case basis. We will always do our best to repair your Lizzie Fortunato piece. All associated shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Repairs Services
A necklace wire has snapped or a bead has broken off.
A stone has fallen out of its bezel or an earring post has fallen out of its setting.
An item from our Fine Necklace collection is too short and needs extending.
- A necklace extension may include adding more beads or additional 14k solid gold chain.
- Necklace extensions are subject to a customization fee based on the cost of materials and labor. All pieces that are customized are not eligible for return.

An older Lizzie Fortunato piece has tarnished over time and needs to be re-plated in order to restore its original shine and luster.
