How It Works

1. Sign Up

You know you want to! Just create a LF account (or sign in to your account if you already have one). You’ll get 150 points just for joining.

2. Earn Points

You’ll earn points every time you make a purchase on our site, and for things like following us on Instagram, entering your birthday, referring a friend, and more!

3. Redeem

Redeem your points for discounts. Once redeemed, copy your unique code and paste it into the discount field at checkout!

How can I check my rewards?

Once you’re logged into your account, go to the “Rewards” section of the loyalty page. If you have enough points, you can exchange them for rewards.

How do I apply my discount?

Under "Claimed Rewards," select your discount and then copy and paste your unique code at checkout. Please note: discounts are only eligible on orders over $200 USD and cannot be combined with any other codes.

Do points apply if I buy you through other retailers or in-studio purchases?

For now, our Loyalty Program is exclusively for online customers.

What if I don’t have an account but I’ve made plenty of purchases on your site and would like to be rewarded?

Send us a message atshop@lizziefortunato.com with your order number and email address — we’ll handle the rest!

What do different point statuses mean?

Approved: Ready to use for rewards.
Pending: Your points are awaiting verification and will be posted to your account 15 days after you make a purchase.
Cancelled: Not added to your account, for example when a purchase is cancelled.
