**While international shipping is always free, customers are still responsible for any applicable customs fees or duties. To create the best delivery experience for you, we ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). By shipping DDP, duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout so your package is not stopped and held by customs and there are no surprise charges upon import. Please note that duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and product.
If your package stops moving at any point, don’t worry! It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs. At any time, if you have a shipping-related question you can reach out via the “Need Help” button on your tracking page or email help@passportshipping.com with your tracking number.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. If you have not received this email, please feel free to contact shop@lizziefortunato.com to check on the status of your order.
If you need to cancel or change your order, please notify shop@lizziefortunato.com immediately and we will do our best to accommodate. Kindly note that once you receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information, we may not be able to change your order. We can amend the address as long as the package has not left our facility, but unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.
Lizzie Fortunato is not responsible for packages once they have been consigned to a shipping carrier for transport to your delivery address. This includes packages that are lost or damaged in transit, as well as missing packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. We strongly urge you to select a secure shipping location where someone you trust is available to receive your package. In the event that your package is missing or delayed, we are happy to help; please notify us immediately at shop@lizziefortunato.com so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. Please note that claims may take up to 7-10 business days to process.
