Opal & 14k Gold Necklace
Lizzie’s Note
Indulge in a little luxury, for yourself and the radiant loves in your life, with our limited edition collection of Fine 14k Jewelry.
This single strand necklace of graduated opal beads with 14k gold findings is a truly spectacular sight. Opals have what jewelers call 'flash,' meaning they catch the light and appear shimmery and reflective, especially when in motion.
These stones have been seen as symbols of hope and fidelity, making them the perfect gift for long-term love and steadfast friendships.

- Opals are often called a "living gem." They are soft and porous, and oils from skin, makeup, and perfume can darken or yellow their color. To maintain their luster, store your opals in a soft pouch, preferably in a dark space.
- If you notice the color of your opals darkening, wash them with unscented soap and water and let them dry naturally. Do not expedite drying by placing in the sun or using a hairdryer, as sudden temperature changes may cause natural opals to crack.

Meet The Twins Behind The Jewels
Lizzie and Kathryn are twin sisters who have been in business for 15 years. Lizzie started designing jewelry during undergrad at Duke and developed a small but loyal following that gave her the confidence that she was onto something. On their 24th birthday, Kathryn left Lizzie her Goldman Sachs bonus check - $10,000 - with a note that said “follow your dreams” shortly after she joined Lizzie. That was the only funding that Lizzie Fortunato has ever received.
For Women Who Dress To Tell A Story
We pride ourselves in dressing women who follow their own paths, not trends — women who are trailblazers, adventurers, collectors, artists, innovators, intellectuals, and dreamers. We love accessorizing women who dress to tell a story.
“We take immense pride in our uniquely local, piecemeal, and intentional production approach.”
